One of the methods previously available to our community to pay HOA quarterly assessments, the Frontsteps portal at https://pohickstation.frontsteps.com/, is no longer operational for our HOA. This was due to an accounting software update that took place at our HOA management company that was found to be incompatible with Frontsteps, so they switched to a new portal, Enumerate Engage, which has the same capabilities.
To use the Engage portal, go to the website https://engage.goenumerate.com/s/pohickstation/. If you are a new user, click on the Register button and follow the instructions to create your account. Once your account is created, you may make payments directly from your Bank Account or by using a Credit Card. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee applied for Credit Card payments, but there is no fee associated with using your Bank Account to make payments.
The Engage portal may also be accessed using their Mobile App, which is available on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play App Store. To get the App, you may search for Enumerate Engage in the App Stores, or you may text engage to 59248, and receive a text back with a link to download the App.
In addition, because our HOA community was not informed in advance that Frontsteps could no longer be used to pay HOA quarterly assessments, if any homeowners incurred a Late Fee on May 1 because they were unable to pay their April 2024 HOA assessment using Frontsteps, they should contact our HOA management company’s representative, Taylor Ellis at taylor@jeffreycharles.com, and that one-time Late Fee will be removed from their account.
Please note that this notice only applies to homeowners who were previously using Frontsteps, or to those who would like to try the new Engage portal. For homeowners who have been paying their HOA quarterly assessments by mailing in checks, or who had previously arranged with Jeffrey Charles to make automatic debit payments from their Bank Account, there would be no change required, and payments may continue to be made using those methods.
