We’re happy to report that Janet Scheren, one of our long-time Pohick Station HOA residents and a certified Fairfax County Master Gardener, will be bringing a group of Master Gardeners once again to our Fairfax Station East (Pohick Station) neighborhood for a fun-filled and informative event on an upcoming Saturday afternoon.
This Master Gardener Spring Festival event will take place on May 20, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm, and will be held in the cul-de-sac at the bottom of Pohick Station Drive.
This will be an opportunity to have all of your lawn and gardening questions answered. The group of Master Gardeners will staff booths in the cul-de-sac to answer your questions and conduct several demonstrations. They will also have informational handouts and provide links to additional resources.
There is no cost to attend this festival (the event will be provided to our community as a courtesy of the Fairfax County Master Gardeners), and our HOA will also be purchasing free pizza and drinks for all, as well as ice cream for the kids!!
