The HOA Board has implemented a trial run of announcing services offered to our HOA community by our HOA members.
If anyone in our HOA has services they would like to offer to our community, they may send an email to the HOA Board at pohick.station.hoa@gmail.com describing what they are offering, along with a message (and/or attached flyer) that contains their contact information, which they request to be sent out.
The Board will then review the request, and if approved, the message (and/or flyer) will be sent out to the community by email to our HOA group email distribution list.
This will only be for services offered, not for items people are looking to sell or give away, and this will be limited to one or two email messages per month.
If anyone on distribution prefers not to receive these messages offering services, they should let the Board know via email. They will then be removed from this specific email distribution list, but will be kept on the general HOA group email distribution list for all other HOA-related correspondence.
